The Master's Programme in Cultural Sciences (with Thesis) is an interdisciplinary programme that brings together mutually enriching fields such as language, literature, media, migration and cultural identity under one roof. By integrating sociology, linguistics, comparative literature and communication studies, the programme aims to train researchers who can engage with cultural phenomena from a multifaceted and critical perspective.

The programme comprises 120 ECTS credits spread over 4 semesters. The first two semesters consist of coursework, the third is dedicated to the seminar and research colloquium, and the fourth to the master's thesis. The language of instruction is Turkish, with a minimum of 30% of courses offered in German.
